Seasonal rental management
* As a future holidaymaker, you are looking for a property to rent in the heart of the Luberon. We provide you with descriptive sheets, weekly prices and availability of the properties for which we are responsible.
* As the owner of a house, a country house or a farmhouse in the Apt region of Luberon, you are considering renting your property in your absence. We manage your rentals: selection of tenants, management of the booking calendar and rental contracts...
Rental assistance services
* You are a holidaymaker: we offer you various services (transfer, welcome basket...), described on the page of our services.
* You are the owner and you have entrusted us with the management of your property so we will ensure that your tenants are warmly welcomed and that their stay runs smoothly.
* We systematically provide the various services required: opening and preparation of the residence, reception of your tenants, inventory of fixtures, management of the keys as well as cleaning and maintenance of the linen provided.
Surveillance and maintenance of residences
For your peace of mind, when you are not renting, we look after your property during your absence.
You will find on our site various services that can meet your needs (small DIY, work supervision.......).
