How to stay with us, in 3 steps:
a quotation
- On your request we will send you a quote.
- After acceptance of it, to confirm your reservation, there will be some formalities to carry out...
a contract
- We will then send you a rental agreement that will be signed by you and the owner.
It will contain the following elements:
- the identity and contact details of the tenant and the owner,
- the characteristics of the gîte,
- the number of occupants,
- the dates of the stay and the times to be respected for the pick-up and delivery of the keys,
- the rental price, the amount of the cleaning package (amount varies according to the properties) and the security deposit,
- the terms of acceptance and signature of the contract,
- payment terms and conditions,
- the amount of the tourist tax,
- cancellation conditions,
- the rules for the proper use of the premises,
- insurance and dispute resolution procedures.
an inventory of the situation
- On arrival, an inventory of fixtures will be carried out, a security deposit will be requested (by cheque or cash).
- The tourist tax will be collected on site on your arrival.
The security deposit will be fully refunded if no damage was found in the accommodation at the time of your departure.
